CONDITIONS

You can reserve a place for yourself, friends or clients either through e-mail, online form or telephone. A booking fee of of half month's rent is required for this which will be offset against your first rent payment (See payment terms below)

...Payment Terms
1. Rent is payable monthly in advance. First & last month's rent on moving in. Key & telephone deposit.
2. We accept US Dollars, Sterling Pounds, Kenya Shillings, Euros, Bankers Cheques, Travellers Cheques, Visa & Mastercard. Personal Cheques are NOT accepted except by prior arrangement. 

...Key and Telephone Deposit
1. A key deposit of Kshs. 500 and a telephone deposit of Kshs. 1000 (for local call facilities) are charged upon entry.These nominal deposits are refundable on departure.
2. A bigger deposit is charged for cellphone, long distance & international dialing facilities, but you may make international calls & pay for them immediately without paying a deposit.

...Departure / Lease Termination
1. Occupancy agreements are available if you request, though this is not a mandatory requirement.
2. Departure time on the agreed date is 11.00 A.M.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
A deposit of one month Payments can be made by TT Telegraphic transfer,direct to our accounts or charge cards i.e.Visa and Mastercard at a bank surcharge of 7%.The balance is payable while occupying the room.

Cancellation
In the event of cancellation or variation of Services for whatever reasons the Company shall be entitled to charge administration or cancellation fees of 50%. .

We expect all our clients hand read and understood above terms and conditions before making any payment or agreement.
